Role Overview
You won’t just be pushing paper. As a Trainee HR Recruiter, you are the bridge between top-tier pharmaceutical/biotech talent and our corporate clients. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Sourcing and Screening: Identifying the right talent and shortlisting candidates who meet specific job criteria.
- Interview Coordination: Managing schedules for telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews while maintaining clear communication with both parties.
- End-to-End Tracking: Handling the full recruitment cycle, from the moment a requirement comes in until the candidate successfully joins the team.
- Database Management: Keeping our recruitment MIS and tracking sheets updated and accurate.
