The Training Roadmap
This is a structured 6-month program designed to take you from a trainee to a confident Field Sales Executive. Here is how the next few months will look:
- Months 1-2 (Operations Foundation): Get comfortable with the basics. You will study Incoterms, air/ocean cargo workflows, freight pricing, and how to handle documentation.
- Months 3-4 (Inside Sales): It is time to get active. You will conduct market research, identify potential exporters and importers, manage phone outreach, and build custom quotes for clients.
- Months 5-6 (Field Exposure): You will move outside the office. You’ll join senior sales managers on client visits throughout industrial hubs across Navi Mumbai to see how deals are closed in person.
Once you cross the 6-month mark, you will step into the role of an independent Field Sales Executive, managing your own corporate accounts and earning commission tiers.
Eligibility & Requirements

- Communication: Good conversational skills in Hindi and Marathi are required. You should also be comfortable using basic English for emails and internal systems.

Salary and Benefits
The role comes with a fixed take-home salary of ₹15,000 per month during the training period and continuing post-training.
