Skatch Inc is currently scouting for a dedicated Civil Engineering Technician Trainee to join their field team for major infrastructure projects across the Saudi Arabian border. Role Overview
As a Trainee, you won’t be sitting behind a desk all day. Your daily routine will involve inspecting site works, maintaining Request for Information (RFI) logs, and filing daily progress reports. Since this role involves monitoring infrastructure, youβll be gaining deep exposure to the KSA Building Code, which is a major resume booster for any engineer looking to build a career in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Monitor construction progress for new buildings and towers, ensuring that all work meets the approved design and quality specs.
- Documentation: Handle the RFI process from inception to handover, ensuring every document is tracked and filed correctly.
- Reporting: Compile and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to the back-office team.
- Testing & Commissioning: Witness site tests and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times.
- Technical Coordination: Distribute updated drawings and changes to all stakeholders to keep the project moving forward without delays.
Eligibility & Requirements
