The Mission: Building AI Infrastructure
You will take full ownership of the end-to-end design and operation of on-premise infrastructure. The team is building everything as code, focusing on automation, observability, and security. You aren’t just maintaining servers; you are architecting Kubernetes clusters for massive AI training and inference workloads.

Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code: Design reusable Terraform, Ansible, and Helm modules. You will build GitOps workflows using Argo CD to ensure every change is repeatable and audited.
- Kubernetes Management: Build and run GPU clusters for AI. You’ll handle multi-tenancy, GPU scheduling, and workload isolation using NVIDIA device plugins.
- Core Systems: Manage OS lifecycles (Linux), identity management (Keycloak/LDAP), secrets (Vault), and networking essentials like BGP and VLANs.
- CI/CD Optimization: Partner with developers to create fast, reproducible pipelines. You will be responsible for caching, runners on GPU nodes, and maintaining artifact security.
Eligibility & Requirements
This is a senior-level position requiring hands-on experience with complex systems. To qualify, you should possess:
- Experience: At least 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with a strong focus on on-premise environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Linux administration, scripting (Bash/Python), and Kubernetes (RBAC, CNI, storage).
- Networking: A solid grasp of L2/L3 networking, routing, BGP, and load balancing.
- Automation: Proven track record with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible, plus GitOps experience.
- Observability: Ability to implement monitoring stacks like Prometheus and Grafana for incident response.
