- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of software like PLAXIS, GeoStudio, SLOPE/W, or Settle3D.
- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ASTM, Eurocodes, AASHTO, and ICAO Annex 14 requirements.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is a strong advantage.
