About the Role

You aren’t just managing people; you are architecting the system, handling high-volume event-driven flows, and ensuring 99.9% uptime.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Designing multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Leading integrations with Meta, Google, and MENA-specific payment gateways.
- Building out usage-based billing systems.
- Managing the security and compliance roadmap, specifically targeting UAE and Saudi PDPL standards.

- Tech Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis. You must be comfortable with message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
- Infrastructure: Proficiency with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Product Mindset: Proven history of building multi-tenant SaaS platforms, ideally with experience in API-first businesses or conversational AI/LLM solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills. Arabic proficiency is a strong bonus but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
