About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Development: Build and scale robust authentication and authorization infrastructure, ensuring proper tenant isolation.
- Feature Ownership: Manage the internal self-service dashboard for user, group, and permission management.
- Tooling: Create visualizations and internal tools that make understanding access permissions clear and intuitive.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside product engineering teams to integrate shared authorization capabilities across the product suite.
- Strategic Growth: Help shape the long-term technical roadmap for the Security Platform team.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in professional software engineering.
- Backend Skills: Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
- Data & Systems: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and distributed system architectures.
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong command of React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Security Domain: Deep understanding of identity concepts like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and RBAC/ABAC.
- Bonus Points: Prior experience with Keycloak or OpenFGA is highly valued.
- Product Mindset: You should be comfortable working in ambiguous environments where technical intuition is key.
