Key Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in medium to large-scale server-side development. Prior experience in a product-based company is highly preferred.
- Core Skills: Deep understanding of Data Structures, algorithms, and database management.
- Languages: Solid expertise in at least one backend language like Java, Python, Node, or Clojure.
- Tooling: You should be comfortable with Git, and it is a major plus if you have experience using AI coding assistants like Cursor.
- Environment: Experience working on macOS for development and deploying to GNU/Linux systems.
- Scale: Familiarity with high-traffic databases and tools such as YugabyteDB, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or PostgreSQL is a significant advantage.
