Role Overview
You will be the go-to person for all things visual. The company needs someone who can jump between editing a snappy social media Reel and crafting a polished landing page wireframe. You won’t be siloed into just one task; instead, you will handle the full creative lifecycle—from the initial concept to the final deliverable.
This is an on-site position based in Ludhiana. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager, ensuring that every visual piece aligns with the company’s brand identity and business objectives.
What You’ll Actually Do
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of high-level creative thinking and technical execution.
- Graphics & Marketing: You’ll design banners, social media assets, and promotional materials that stop the scroll.
- Video Production: From short-form Reels and Shorts to longer promotional videos, you will be responsible for editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
- UI/UX Design: You’ll use Figma to design dashboards, landing pages, and app screens. This includes creating prototypes and wireframes that keep the end-user in mind.
- Collaboration: You won’t be working in a vacuum. You will partner with SEO, content, and development teams to ensure your designs aren’t just pretty—they need to be functional and effective.
Key Eligibility & Requirements
