Key Eligibility & Requirements
To be considered for this L9 position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience building web applications. If you do not have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 4+ years of relevant experience is required.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
- AI Integration: Proven, sustained experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) for more than just simple autocomplete—think refactoring, test generation, and bug fixing.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Cypress for E2E testing, Micro Frontend architecture, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot production defects and work effectively in an agile, cross-functional environment.
- Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
