The Role: What You’ll Do
You won’t be stuck doing just one type of design task. The role covers everything from branding and marketing materials to deep-dive UX work for complex data dashboards.
- Product UI/UX: Build wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys for web and mobile apps.
- Visual Design: Create pitch decks, social media content, and brochures that align with their brand identity.
- Analytics Dashboards: Design intuitive interfaces that turn complex energy data into readable, actionable insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work side-by-side with product teams and founders to iterate on designs based on actual user feedback.
Key Eligibility & Requirements
The team is looking for a mix of artistic flair and logical product thinking. You don’t need a decade of experience, but you do need a solid portfolio.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or Visual Communication.
- Experience: Perfect for a Fresher or someone with up to 1 year of professional experience.
- Core Tools: You must be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Canva skills are a plus.
- Technical Edge: Understanding of responsive design is mandatory. If you know basic HTML/CSS or have experience with SaaS product design, you’ll definitely stand out.
