Role Overview
You will be joining a team where design meets strategy. Your primary focus will be balancing traditional graphic design—like social media assets and brochures—with web interface design. You aren’t just making things look pretty; you’re expected to build wireframes, manage design systems, and ensure the website remains responsive across all devices.
The team values people who can pick up AI tools to speed up their workflow. If you are comfortable working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and have a solid grasp of how HTML/CSS functions in a real-world project, you will be a strong fit for this team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop marketing creatives, including social media posts, infographics, and advertisements.
- Web & UI/UX: Build website layouts, mobile app interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Technical Implementation: Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are perfectly executed on the website.
- Branding: Maintain consistency across all fonts, icons, and brand guidelines for Vaidam.com.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools like Midjourney or ChatGPT to boost creative efficiency.
- Feedback Loops: Refresh existing digital products based on user feedback and changing business needs.
Eligibility & Requirements
You don’t need a decade of experience to apply. This role is open to candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, but freshers with a killer portfolio are highly encouraged to step forward.
- Tools: Must have strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Figma (wireframing/prototyping) is essential.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required to help you talk the same language as the dev team.
- Communication: You’ll be working across departments, so being able to explain your design choices clearly is a big plus.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Web Design is preferred.
