Role Overview
You will be part of the Messaging - Engagement & Automations Engineering team. The work is fast-paced, involving the full lifecycle of software development—from initial design and architecture to deployment and monitoring. You aren’t just writing code; you are building the backend-for-frontend (BFF) services that power customer experiences for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.
Working here means collaborating with cross-functional teams across the US, Europe, and India. You will take ownership of your projects, mentor junior developers, and help define the engineering standards for the team.
Key Technical Requirements

- Experience Level: 5 - 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend Core: Deep expertise in React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Backend Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack and Node.js for building APIs and BFF services.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Database Management: Experience with DynamoDB and MongoDB.
- Testing: Strong grasp of Unit, Integration, and End-to-End testing frameworks like Jest and Playwright.
