Key Responsibilities
- Full-Spectrum Design: You own the product design end-to-end. This includes research, usability testing, and crafting responsive interfaces for both mobile and web.
- Design Systems: Build, maintain, and enforce component libraries to ensure visual consistency across the entire SaaS portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Manage a core team of five designers. You’ll set their daily priorities, review their work, and coach them to grow their skill sets.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure your designs are technically feasible and look as good in code as they do in your prototypes.
