Key Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience designing web applications, dashboards, or software products. You must have a portfolio featuring at least one product interface and one marketing piece (deck/website).
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex technical data into clear, compelling visuals.
- Work Schedule: You must be based in India and available for at least six hours of overlap with Dutch working hours (approximately 12:30 to 20:00 IST).
